Annual. Larkspur Galilee Blend is gorgeous when grown in mass at the back of a border, against a wall or fence, or in a wildflower or naturalized garden. A delight for bees and butterflies. It blooms from late spring to early summer, and in mild climates can continue through fall. Self-sows readily. Colors may include carmine red, lilac, salmon, blue, pink, and white.

When to sow outside: RECOMMENDED. 4 to 6 weeks before average last frost, as soon as soil can be worked, or 4 to 6 weeks before average first fall frost for USDA zone 5b and warmer fall planting.

When to start inside: 6 to 8 weeks before average last frost. Does not transplant well. Either start outdoors or sow into pulp or paper pots and plant directly into the ground to minimize transplant shock.
